我厂设计的发酵罐为标准式罐型,这种罐型当公称容积在6M3以下时罐采用夹套式。发酵气的冷却或加热,均由夹套来完成。公称容积为6M3以上时,发酵气的冷却由立式排管来担负,在罐内排管的连接方面我们作了改进。这主要避免在罐体上多开孔,开成死角。这种连续方式在实际使用中得到满意的效果。
The fermenter designed by our factory is the standard fermenter. Jacket type is adopted for this fermenter if the nominal volume is below 6M3. Cooling and heating of fermentation gas is done by the jacket. If the nominal volume is over 6M3, cooling of fermentation gas is done by vertical calandria. We have made improvement on calandria connection inside the tank. We avoid opening many holes on the tank body which may form dead corner and this continuous manner gains good results in practical operation.
